A Ceremony For Gratitude

£14.00

A guided ceremony for recognising what you value, honouring what sustains you, and making room for gratitude.

Gratitude isn't always easy to find. Sometimes it comes naturally; at other times, life's difficulties make it harder to see the people, places and experiences that matter to us.

A Ceremony for Gratitude offers space to pause and reflect on what you value. Through spoken words, sound and moments of stillness, you'll be invited to recognise what sustains you, without needing to pretend that everything is well or find a positive side to every difficulty.

What you'll receive

  • A written Companion to help you prepare, follow the ceremony and reflect afterwards.

  • A guided audio experience of approximately 15–20 minutes, with spoken words, sound and intentional pauses and a choice of listening with a gentle soundscape or with voice alone.

Preparing for your ceremony

Choose somewhere comfortable and quiet where you can spend a little time undisturbed. You might bring a candle or a meaningful object, but these are entirely optional.

Allow around 15–20 minutes for the ceremony, with a little extra time afterwards if you'd like to reflect or write something down. You can arrive feeling content, distracted, sad, uncertain or hopeful. There's no need to manufacture gratitude.

A moment to recognise what matters

Gratitude doesn't have to be grand. It might be a lasting friendship, an unexpected kindness, a familiar landscape or something that has helped you through a difficult time.

This ceremony invites you to give those things your attention, honour what matters, and carry a little of that awareness into the days ahead.

Come as you are. Pause. Listen. Give thanks.
